How do I cancel my account?

"Pausing" your account will stop all recurring billing to your account, but will keep your account password intact so that you can log in and continue to access any previously created documents.

If you wish to delete all account information and all your documents, please contact support and request a permanent wipe of all user data. Once your account is wiped, you will no longer be able to log in, or access any of your previously created documents.
